Students are truly "digital natives" and demand an exciting curriculum throughout their education. In technology class students practice keyboarding and learn the basics of the computer. In addition to these basic skills, students are introduced to many aspects of technology including effective internet research and various multimedia tools. I am also in constant contact and collaboration with classroom teachers helping them in the integration of technology into all curriculum areas.
Week 9
Kindergarten:
We are using PBSkids to learn about shapes and sizes while still getting used to navigating a website.
1st-3rd:
Students are creating their own story books using the program found at clpgh.org/kids/storymaker.embed.cfm
4th:
Students are reinforcing their Math, Literacy, and Science knowledge by completing the Questionaut activity.
5th:
Finishing up the Ecosystem Power Points
